Return & Refund Policy

Returns

The duration of our Return policy is 30 days. If you made the purchase more than 30 days ago, you are not entitled to any refunds and cannot return the item.

Only items which are in perfect condition, meaning that you haven't used them and kept the packaging undamaged, are considered as returnable.

However, there are certain kinds of items that cannot be returned under any condition. These are the perishables, for instance, floral products, food, printed periodicals. Products which are designated for intimate hygiene and sanitary purposes, as well as dangerous and inflammable materials, are also considered non-returnable.  

Other non-refundable products:

Gift cards.

Downloadable software and other digital products.

Certain health and personal hygiene items.

To be eligible for return, you have to provide the original receipt or any other proof that you have purchased the item.

We kindly ask you not to send any items back to the manufacturer.

In some situations, you will be entitled only to the partial refund (if necessary).

Any used or damaged items or those with the open or damaged package are not eligible for return. We will not accept items that are returned later than 30 days after the original purchase.

Refunds (if eligible)

When we receive the returned items, we conduct its thorough inspection. If it fits the above-mentioned conditions than we will contact you via email to inform that we have received and approved/disapproved your refund request. You will also be charged the restocking fee in the amount of 25% of the original price of the item.

If we approve your request, you will receive the amount of money you spent on the item. It will be credited to your bank account or returned to you via any other means of payment within several business days.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)

Make sure to check your bank account on the regular basis in order to avoid any misunderstanding regarding the period of refund transaction.

If you haven't received the refund after the designated amount of days, call your credit company to inquire whether they have already refreshed your balance.

You can also call the bank and ask them to specify, how many days it will take to process the refund.

Items for sale (if applicable)

Items which are marked “For sale” are not eligible for the refund. Only full-priced items will be refunded, given that you have adhered to other refund conditions.

Exchanges (if applicable)

According to our policy, we replace only damaged or defective goods. In case you want to exchange it for the identical item, just contact us via email sales@brkeratin.biz

Gifts

In case you purchased the item which was designated as a gift, you will be credited with gift points, the amount of which will be equal to the price of the item. As soon as the returned gift item is received, inspected and approved by us, we will send you a gift certificate.

If you have received this item as a gift from someone, meaning that you were not the one who ordered it and received the delivery than the refund will be sent directly to the original buyer and he or she will find out that you applied for the refund.

You will cover all shipping costs associated with the refund of the item. Once you receive the refund, the cost of shipping will be immediately deducted from the refund amount.

The period of time that will pass from the moment you have applied for the exchange of the item and the moment you receive the new item depends on the remoteness of your place of residence.

In case you return the item that is worth more than $75, you should consider using the service that allows you to track your package during shipment or buying the appropriate insurance. It is your responsibility to make sure that we receive the item you want to return.
