Understand how dehydration affects Hair

Everyone has already heard that you need to drink 8 glasses or 2 liters of water per day in order to keep your hair and health in perfect condition. The importance of this is really enormous. This article is about the consequences of dehydration for the hair, and most importantly - about how to fix the situation.

Most people, without knowing it, suffer from a chronic lack of water in the body.  The consequences of this are metabolic disorders in the body, problems with blood pressure, neurosis, headaches.  Outwardly, this shows itself in the form of dark circles under the eyes, excess weight, dull skin, and split hair end or hair loss.

Drinking tea, coffee, juices seems to be fine. It looks like we consume a lot of liquids during the day. However, sweet liquids are food for our bodies, not water! Besides, tea and coffee contain thein and caffeine, which remove water from the body.

You can calculate your personal water norm per day according to the formula "bodyweight x 31 = ... ml".  For example, if your weight is 60 kg, the norm will be 1860 ml. It is better to drink water separately from food: 15-30 minutes before or one hour after. Remember - the little sips are better. This way the water doesn’t interfere with digestion and is better absorbed.

While drinking enough water don’t forget about the hair care. Our Brasil Cacau Keratin Straightening restructures the hair,
